Account and Data Deletion

Iron Stats is provided by Nounou Labs LLC. This page explains how to request deletion of your Iron Stats account and associated app data. You do not need to sign in to use this request path.

How to request deletion

  1. Email admin@nounoulabs.com.
  2. Use the subject line: Iron Stats account and data deletion request.
  3. Include the email address or sign-in provider associated with your Iron Stats account so we can identify the account. Do not send passwords, payment card details, health records, or other sensitive information in the request.

What data is deleted

When we verify the account, we delete or de-identify Iron Stats account data associated with that user, including the Firebase/Auth account where applicable, profile and preferences, workout history, custom exercises, user-created tags, saved templates, generated programs, body-weight entries, analytics source data, and cloud sync records controlled by Iron Stats.

Local app data

Signed-in users can also delete their account inside the app from Profile > Delete Account. That in-app flow removes account-linked Iron Stats data stored on the device for the signed-in account. If you cannot access the app, use the email request above.

What may be retained

Some records may be retained when required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, tax, or dispute-resolution purposes. App Store, Google Play, and RevenueCat may retain purchase or billing records according to their own policies. Aggregated or anonymized data that is no longer linked to your account may also be retained.

Deletion timing

We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days and will reply when the request has been processed. Backups, logs, or records retained for the reasons described above may take up to 90 days to expire from operational systems.

Subscriptions

Deleting your Iron Stats account does not automatically cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription. Manage or cancel subscriptions through the store account where the purchase was made.
