Using Iron Stats Preview through TestFlight?
Invited testers should read the Iron Stats Preview account and data deletion instructions and Preview privacy notice. They explain the precise in-app steps, scope, retained records, limitations, processing and choices for the invited Preview testing app.
Those notices apply to invited Iron Stats Preview TestFlight users. If you are asking about another app version, identify it in your request so we can explain the applicable information. This request hub does not state that a public Production release is available or approved.
How to request deletion
- Email admin@nounoulabs.com.
- Use the subject line: Iron Stats account and data deletion request.
- Identify the app and version, and whether you are using Preview through TestFlight. Include your account email or sign-in provider if known.
- Do not send passwords, payment card details, health records or identity documents in your initial request.
We may need to verify your authority over the account before sharing or deleting data. Sending an email alone does not confirm that deletion has been completed.
Scope of a request
The scope depends on the app, account and action requested. The Preview-specific notices above govern information about Preview. For another version, we will explain the applicable scope when handling your request rather than promise that one action removes every record.
Separate devices, services and copies
Deleting an app account does not necessarily delete data on separate devices, in Apple Health, in exports or other copies, or held by stores and other providers. See the applicable app-specific notice and the relevant service's controls for details.
What may be retained
Some records may be retained for applicable legal, security, fraud-prevention or dispute-resolution purposes. Retention periods depend on the record and service. See the applicable app-specific notice for more detail.
Request handling and timing
We will respond to explain any verification needed and the applicable process, and distinguish completed actions from pending actions. Timing depends on the request and applicable requirements. For questions about a pending request, contact admin@nounoulabs.com.
Subscriptions
Deleting an app account does not automatically cancel a store subscription. Manage or cancel it through the store account where the purchase was made. Privacy and deletion requests do not require a paid subscription.
