Iron Stats Preview account and data deletion

Effective date: 2026-10-25

These instructions apply to Iron Stats Preview and its separate private-testing account data. They do not run a deletion or change another app’s records. Name Iron Stats Preview in your request so we can identify the relevant service. If you use another Nounou Labs app, identify that app separately.

The Preview in-app deletion flow is undergoing device acceptance testing. If it is unavailable, pending or fails, contact admin@nounoulabs.com; do not assume the account has been deleted.

Iron Stats Preview is operated by Nounou Labs LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, USA. You can request account or data deletion at admin@nounoulabs.com, including if you cannot sign in or app access is restricted. Making a privacy request does not require Premium or a new purchase.

Request deletion by email

Use the subject Iron Stats Preview account and data deletion request. Include the email address or sign-in provider associated with your Iron Stats account and describe what you want deleted. We verify ownership or authority before acting or disclosing account information. Do not send passwords, payment information, identity documents or full workout/health histories. A claim to be a parent or guardian alone does not establish authority to access another person's records.

The support address uses iCloud inbound mail and forwards to a Gmail inbox used by the operator. Those services handle the message and information you include. There is no need to know or contact the operator's personal forwarding address. An email request does not automatically run an account deletion.

Delete a signed-in account in the app

Open Profile → Settings → Sign Out & Deletion → Delete Account and follow the confirmation and recent sign-in prompts. Deletion is permanent. The app tracks pending, failed and complete states; it does not report completion or remove the selected local account partition until backend deletion is confirmed. If it is pending or failed, retry the provided flow or contact support. Do not assume a queued request or expired job means the account has been deleted.

What account deletion covers

Verified account deletion targets the selected Firebase account identity and its Iron Stats account records: supported backed-up workouts/sets, training profile and preferences, measurements, custom exercises/tags/notes, templates/programs, sync records and matching account-linked feedback or historical catalog-review submissions. It also removes that account's local partition on the device completing the in-app flow. Other local accounts and signed-out local history are separate. Email support, anonymous feedback and files held by other recipients need separate handling; they cannot all be identified by deleting one account.

Local-only and separately held information

You can use Iron Stats without an account. Local-only records are not available to the operator merely because you email a request. Remove the relevant local information through the app/device controls; app removal and device loss can remove local-only data. Separately retained device backups, copies on other devices, exported/shared files, Apple Health records and store/provider accounts are outside the selected Firebase account deletion. Manage those through their respective controls or verified request routes. Signing out is not deletion.

Retained information and timing

We handle verified requests within the deadlines applicable to the request and explain a permitted extension or necessary legal/security retention. There is no universal promise that all provider, log, backup or email copies disappear within 90 days. Minimal legal/security case records, payment/provider records and consent-withdrawal/replay-prevention state can have separate retention. Account deletion does not silently remove a recorded access restriction or unlock the app through a new account.

An expiry on a token/challenge ends its validity, not necessarily its storage. Terminal deletion-job metadata has a planned 30-day expiry, but automatic cleanup is not enabled. Ordinary operational logs were configured for 30 days and platform-required audit logs for 400 days at the inspected backend; these are distinct from account training data. Mailbox/provider retention and any specific legal hold are handled separately, without claiming one deletion erases every copy everywhere.

Subscriptions and other rights

Deleting an Iron Stats account does not cancel an Apple subscription or erase Apple's transaction records. Manage subscriptions through your Apple account. Restoring a store purchase is separate from restoring cloud workout data. You do not need to renew a subscription to make an access, correction or deletion request. You may contact admin@nounoulabs.com about applicable privacy rights, including when normal app access is restricted.
